Anglers Cove is a 2 story lake house with 4 primary bedrooms, 2 on each level. Each with king beds and full bathroom. Brand new 2024 construction with cozy furnishes and stocked kitchen. Covered porches offer you a relaxing area to enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Safe, quiet gated community with clubhouse picnic area and pool. Boat dock installed are ready for the 2025 boating season.
Access
Guest Access the entire home, community clubhouse and pool. Close by boat rentals available. Wave-runners, paddle boards and other lake toys can be rented and delivered to your property. Inquire for more details.

Timberlake Bay is a gated community with clubhouse, picnic area and pool.
Notes
Note: Douglas Lake is a TVA impoundment of the French Broad River, and TVA lowers the water level during the fall and winter months. Water is back to full levels by May.
House Rules
No Parties No on street parking. Park boat trailers in the driveway or in the gated gravel lot located on the service road next to the clubhouse.
